Privacy notice: Mai At Table applications

Who is responsible for your data: Ngoc Mai Chu, operating as Mai At Table, K Jánu 144, Nelahozeves. Contact: hello@maiattable.com.

What I collect: your name, email address, and phone number, which you enter in the application form.

Why I collect it: only to contact you about your application and the Mai At Table program (for example, to arrange a call, and let you know whether you have a place). I don't use your details for anything else, I don't add you to a newsletter without your separate permission, and I never sell or share your data for marketing.

Why I'm allowed to: you ask me to consider your application, and I need your contact details to respond to it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who can see it: only me. Your data is stored in Google Workspace, which processes it on my behalf under EU data protection rules.

How long I keep it: if you aren't accepted, I delete your details within [3] months of the decision. If you join the program, I keep them until [3] months after it ends, then delete them.

Your rights: you can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete your data, to restrict how I use it, or to object to its use. Write to hello@maiattable.com and I'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.gov.cz).
